After saying goodbye to Nurse Roberts (Aloma Wright), the Sacred Heart staff institutes some of her lessons into their lives. Though Carla (Judy Reyes) thinks they've all forgotten, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) takes time to reflect on his purpose. Meanwhile, Elliot (Sarah Chalke) opens her heart to Keith (Travis Schuldt) and J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) learn compassion. Ken Jenkins and Neil Flynn also star.
