After an unexpected night of passion with Elliot (Sarah Chalke), J.D. (Zach Braff) is left frozen in shock when Sean (guest star Scott Foley) comes back into Elliot's life. Carla (Judy Reyes) and Turk (Donald Faison) try to pass on advice to J.D., but despite their efforts he finds himself in bed with a reinvented Danni (guest star Tara Reid) on the rebound. Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) is shocked by the realization that his hatred of Dr. Miller (Bellamy Young) may actually be an attempt to mask a secret crush. Meanwhile, Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) and the Janitor (Neil Flynn) square off on the do's and don'ts of hospital security.
