Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) challenges Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) to lead by example and take on a few patients of his own after Kelso criticizes his bedside manner -- but nothing works out quite as planned.

After a month of dating, J.D. (Zach Braff) is a bit frustrated that Kylie (guest star Chrystee Pharris-Larkins) still doesn't want him to spend the night. That frustration leads to temptation when kooky psychiatrist Dr. Molly Clock (guest star Heather Graham) returns to Sacred Heart to check on a patient. While J.D. struggles with whether or not to act on his residual feelings for Molly, Carla (Judy Reyes) tries to hold back her true feelings when she learns that Turk (Donald Faison) is still talking to his ex-girlfriend. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) and the Janitor (Neil Flynn) enter into a friendly wager over whether or not the Janitor can get Elliot (Sarah Chalke) to go out with him. Ken Jenkins also stars.
