Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) can't find the time to have a sexual relationship with Jordan (guest star Christa Miller Lawrence) and Carla (Judy Reyes) surprises Turk (Donald Faison) with the news that she's decided they should abstain from sex until their wedding - a decision she ultimately re-evaluates when she needs a little comforting.
