At a bar, Carla (Judy Reyes) makes a decision on the right answer to Turk's (Donald Faison) proposal while Elliot (Sarah Chalke) thinks she has struck gold when she meets Paul (guest star Rick Schroder, "NYPD Blue"), a charming man whom she recognizes from the hospital and assumes is a fellow physician.
